Banks must meet climate and environmental expectations

Some banks have not delivered within the interim deadlines to assess their climate and environmental risks, says Supervisory Board Vice-Chair Elderson. We have told them to remedy this by a certain date, and if they don’t comply, they will have to pay a daily penalty until the shortcomings are resolved.
