Public consultation on amendments to the supervisory fees framework

The consultation proposes changes to the ECB Regulation on supervisory fees, taking into consideration feedback received during the first public consultation on this issue in 2017 as well as during subsequent discussions. Feedback was received from the public, the ECB Supervisory Board and national competent authorities.

The proposed amendments to the ECB supervisory fees framework mainly concern the timing and method of the fee calculation for all banks that are directly and indirectly supervised by the ECB.

Deadline for submitting comments: midnight CET on 6 June 2019.

Only comments received before this deadline will be considered.
