Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board is responsible for planning and carrying out the ECB’s supervisory tasks. Who are the members of the Supervisory Board and the Steering Committee? And how are these two bodies organised?

The Administrative Board of Review carries out internal administrative reviews of ECB supervisory decisions when requested by affected parties. It ensures that the decisions comply with the relevant rules and procedures.

The Mediation Panel resolves conflicts that may arise when the ECB’s Governing Council objects to a decision submitted by the Supervisory Board. Panel members are selected from the Governing Council and the Supervisory Board.
