Published sanctions
Under the applicable legal framework, both the ECB and the national competent authorities (NCAs) are required to publish sanctions imposed in the exercise of their supervisory tasks on their websites. Anonymisation or delayed publication is permitted only under exceptional circumstances explicitly outlined in the relevant provisions.
Sanctions imposed by the ECB within the scope of its supervisory tasks, as well as those imposed by the NCAs at the ECB’s request, are listed below.
