Hearings at the European Parliament
As a rule, the Chair of the Supervisory Board appears before the European Parliament three times a year: once to present the ECB's Annual Report on supervisory activities, and twice to explain the ECB’s supervisory actions to the Parliament's Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs (ECON) and to answer questions from Committee members.
Annual ReportsAdditional hearings of the Chair of the Supervisory Board may be organised at the request of the European Parliament, or on the initiative of the ECB. The meetings are open to the public.
