SSM Supervisory Culture Conference

Tuesday, 17 September 2024

ECB Banking Supervision is organising a conference on supervisory culture that will bring together high-profile members of the international supervisory community to exchange views on organisational culture, supervisory effectiveness, and supervisory risk tolerance. SSM’s harmonised culture is the backbone of European banking supervision, and we are looking forward to lively discussions that will feed into our cultural thinking and will support our journey to enhance supervisory effectiveness.

Claudia Buch will give the opening remarks, followed by two keynote speeches and two panel discussions on supervisory culture. In addition, several NCAs will present their local, culture-related initiatives on posters especially prepared for the occasion.

This is an event targeted to the supervisory community and is not open to the general public or to media.
