CASPER – the Centralised Submission Platform
Using CASPER
The Centralised Submission Platform (CASPER) allows external organisations and partners to securely submit structured data to the ECB.
Submitted data are automatically validated and the results can be discussed with the relevant ECB teams via CASPER.

Trusted organisations are allowed to manage user credentials independently. So, if you belong to one of these organisations, you should contact your local administrator who will create your account and obtain the necessary credentials.
Otherwise, the ECB contact of your organisation will provide you with the necessary details.
