Downlink parameters for TV stations

The ECB has changed the codec of the satellite transmission of the press conferences from mpeg2 to mpeg4. In case of any concerns, please get in contact withmultimediaservices@ecb.int.

• The satellite transmission starts at 10:35 CET, a graphic as well as music will be available for testing purpose.
• Prior to the beginning of the press conference, a video and sound check for the language audio channels mentioned below will take place 10:45-10:50 CET.
• The Press conference will be transmitted live 11:00 – 12:00 CET.
• A 6-minute rough cut of TV footage from the press conference will be transmitted 12:30 – 12:45 CET.
